4. What services does FG Car Services offer?

We offer Fort Lauderdale airport shuttle, Port of Miami shuttle and Port Everglades shuttle. We also offer shuttle and private transportation services from residences, offices and ALL AREA HOTELS to the Airports, piers and other area destinations. Corporate transfers are available, as are sightseeing tours. We specialize in FL airport shuttle TO AND FROM the Port of Miami.

5. How much does FG Car Services charge for services?

6. Is a reservation required for transportation in Fort Lauderdale and Miami?

Yes, by Broward and Miami Dade County law, reservation is required at least 24 hours prior to the day of service. You can make your reservation Online or by phone.

7. Where do I meet my Fort Lauderdale Airport Shuttle or Miami Airport Shuttle when I arrive?

You will meet your driver outside the baggage claim at the Airport. Once you place your order with us, we will send you an email confirmation with easy instructions.

8. Where do I meet my Port of Miami Shuttle or Port Everglades Shuttle when I arrive?

You will meet your driver at the Passenger Pick-up/Drop-off area at the Pier. Once you place your order with us, we will send you an email confirmation with easy instructions.

9. Can FG Car Services get us to Florida tourist attractions like the Everglades?

Yes, we offer transportation to the Park Everglades Air boat Tour, Flamingo Gardens, Sawgrass Mills Mall, Key West, Isla Morada, Key Largo,  and the Miami Beach Tour. 10. Do you operate every day?

Yes, FG car Services offers transportation in Miami and Fort Lauderdale 7 days a week. Our dispatcher line is open 24 hours a day to help customers waiting for pickup.

11. How secure is the FG Car Services site?

The FG Car Services site is highly secure. We use industry-leading technology (such as SSL) to keep your information safe.

12. I am traveling with children, Do you provide car seats?

Federal, state, and local laws requires your child must be secured in a child safety seat; We support the strongest safety standard by offering these services at NO CHARGE for children 10 years and under.

At the time you make your reservation or request a quote, please let us know which type of car seat you will need, in order to provide you with the right one.

13. Do you allow service animals on your vehicles?

FG car Services is committed to providing exceptional service and welcomes all passengers including those accompanied by service animals.

When traveling with a service animal, customers are required to make reservations in advance at least 24 hours. When making a reservation, customers should specify if a service animal will be accompanying the customer.

14. In the event I will need to cancel a reservation, How is the process?

We understand your travel plans may change. With that in mind FG Car Services, LLC has a very simple cancellation policy:

*** For up to 14 passengers:

Please provide us at least 15 ( FIFTEEN ) days cancellation notice for up to 14 passengers prior to your pick-up date / time and we’ll give you a full refund of your reservation. Refunds normally show up on your account within 2 to 3 business days.

*** For 15 passengers or more:

Please provide us at least 30 ( THIRTY ) days cancellation notice for 15 passengers or more prior to your pick-up date & time & we’ll give you a full refund of your reservation. Refunds normally show up on your account within 2 to 3 business days.

Important:

Unfortunately, if you neglect to cancel within that time and the transportation provider initiates the service ( goes to you as it has been scheduled ), we’ll charge your credit card the full quote, including fees, taxes & gratuity.
